Ca’n Molinas of Valldemosa, award Ramón Llull 2007
Synonymous with excellence
In 2007 the Ca'n Molinas Bakery was awarded one of the most prestigious recognitions of the region, the popular Ramon Llull prize, awarded to those individuals or entities that excel in any field, proving their excellence in it.
It was an indescribable honour for us to receive this award, as it is a recognition of all the work and dedication of a whole family lineage, that for three generations has tried to constantly improve and evolve, keeping the spirit of tradition that makes us who we are.

In recognition of an artisan bakery. Tradition that, still today, this bakery in Valldemossa maintains, thanks to the knowledge and professional skills when elaborating first rate products, that have become indisputable products of reference in the art of baking. Excellence passed on to his family by Bernat Cañelles Estrades, the authentic promoter of this establishment in Valldemossas, internationally known because of their cocas de patata.
90 years of tradition and history
In 2010 Ca'n Molinas celebrated its 90th anniversary with the same vitality and joy that they did on the bakery’s first day, later celebrating the event at las Hereves, with many of our loyal friends, who all shared in the pleasure of trying pieces of apricot coca, helped along with a glass of Muscatel. Time passes by but the enthusiasm remains the same: to continue the family legacy where our mission is to create artisanal products with care, dedication and love, and with a bit of luck we are sure we will celebrate our 100th anniversary in 2020, with you, of course.
